Professional: Rodney is a graduate of Idaho State University Civil Engineering Technology program in 1988. He holds a professional license as a land surveyor. He has worked in the engineering / surveying / development fields for 37 years, including 7 years in municipal government as Public Works Director / Municipal Services Manager. He has served on a local land use planning commission, as executive director of urban renewal agency, and director of a wastewater collection district. He has specific experience with municipal budgeting, development impact fees, utility rate studies, land use / development policy and ordinance development.
Out of the Office: Rodney and his wife Tami enjoy hiking with their dog, traveling the pacific northwest in their camper van, exploring beaches. They are parents of two sons, Chase and Calen, whom with they enjoy a variety activity such as motorcycle riding, biking, concerts, traveling, and offshore sailing. They are recent grandparents to their first grandson Waylen, who they adore.
Certified Public Manager / Board Member
Professional: Kami Berger graduated from Idaho State University with a bachelor’s degree in health care administration. Shortly after graduating she found herself thrust into city government working as the Executive Assistant to the Mayor in Idaho Falls, Idaho. She was in that role for 5 years before taking a position at the City of Chubbuck where she currently works as the Public Works Operations Manager. She has been in municipal government for over 10 years and has specific skills in budgeting, policy and procedure writing, assessing operational efficiencies and processes, and program implementation.
Out of the office: Kami is married to her amazing husband Jason and has two beautiful daughters, Kambria and Kylinn. She enjoys traveling, camping, yoga, concerts and crocheting.
Landscape Architect/ Board Member
Professional: Bill brings nearly 30 years of experience working in the public and private sectors in the field of landscape architecture and environmental planning. His project portfolio includes a diverse array of exciting projects, ranging from sports facilities to conservation subdivisions, from parks and trail systems to community master planning. These projects have taken Bill all over the United States, and have included opportunities to work in southern Utah, Georgia, Alabama, and Idaho. Local projects include: lead designer for the Portneuf Wellness Complex, New Day Parkway Landscape Beautifications, and the Idaho Gold Star Memorial Monument.
Out of the Office: Bill enjoys all things with 2 wheels. Mountain bikes and dirt bikes have consumed his free time, and extra cash most of his life. Now days he spends more time on his mountain bike riding all of the amazing trails found here in Southeast Idaho. When he is not riding his bike, Bill enjoys hunting for and restoring old vintage bicycles. He has a growing collection of mostly vintage Schwinn bicycles. In addition to riding the local trails, Bill enjoys hiking them with his wife Jennifer and their two Australian Labradoodles, Charleston and Magnolia. He has one daughter who is currently attending Utah Tech University in St. George, Utah.
Community Coordinator

Professional: Ashlee brings over ten years of experience in the customer service industry, and several years in sales. A proud graduate of Pocatello High school in 2015, she furthered her education by completing the dental assistant class at Idaho State University in 2024. As she embarks on her new role in the Community Coordinator field, Ashlee is eager to learn and make positive impact on the communities she serves.
Out of the Office: Ashlee loves spending quality time with her partner, Calen, and their son, Waylen. She finds joy in outdoor activities, arts and crafts and values the moments shared with family and friends.
